Great old architecture and loads of restaurants. Very friendly neighborhood. You can walk to local businesses and restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, Time Out magazine named Mid City as the<strong> 7th Coolest Neighborhood in the World.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have <strong>over twenty restaurants within a two block walk.<\/strong>\u00a0 We have two supermarkets just two blocks away, and a Whole Foods Market less than a mile away.\u00a0 We have a major pharmacy just one block away.\u00a0 Along with a new branch of the Public Library, an urgent care, several banks, even a day spa.<\/p>\n<p>The Canal Street Streetcar is a block away.\u00a0 This will take you downtown.\u00a0 There is a spur that will take you to <a href=\"http:\/\/neworleanscitypark.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New Orleans City Park<\/a>, only a mile away.\u00a0 This is a great place to bike, jog, picnic, etc.\u00a0 The park features a great art museum, sculpture garden, festival grounds, botanical garden, modern tennis center, golf courses, and driving range.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lafittegreenway.org\/greenway\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Lafitte Greenway<\/a> is only three blocks away.
