This includes all utilities and Internet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We charge a $500.00 security deposit, payable at move in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So what is due at move in?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>First two weeks, last two weeks, (four weeks total) and security deposit payable at move in.\u00a0 So the total due at move in is $1500.00.\u00a0 The rent is due every two weeks after that.\u00a0 We can discuss monthly rentals for Medical Students and Residents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the terms? Can I move out early?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of our guests are nurses on 13 week contracts. Though we do have some folks that love New Orleans so much, they extend!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will draw up a simple agreement for the length of your contract.&nbsp; Either party can terminate early with a two week notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless prior arrangements are agreed to, there is a $150.00 penalty for any guests staying less than six weeks.&nbsp; New Orleans law dictates that all stays must exceed 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the agreement (or if you leave early, and give notice), you will live out the final two weeks rent that you paid at move in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I smoke in the unit?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Both of our rentals are non-smoking \/ vaping.&nbsp; The Cottage has a private porch, and we ask that you smoke out there.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are pets allowed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We love animals, and have some TNR cats that visit us often.\u00a0 But we don&#8217;t allow animals in our units.\u00a0 There are lots of soft surfaces, that can hold odors or be damaged.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just The Facts!
