Pat & Melissa<\/h3>\n

Melissa recently retired as a Respiratory Therapist at the nearby University Medical Center.  So she understands hospital shift work.  We both understand the sometimes crazy hours that come with your job.<\/p>\n

Pat is a tour operator, specializing in Costa Rica.  He works from home.<\/p>\n

So one of us is generally available if there is an issue (plumbing, etc) in your unit.  We are also around to claim your Amazon packages, etc.<\/p>\n

We are friendly and drama free grown ups.  We love getting out to explore our city and all of the food and music that can be found everywhere.  That’s us at Jazz Fest.  We are happy to share our favorite restaurants and things to do in New Orleans.<\/p>\n

We live in the main house.  The flat is a separate apartment in this building.  The cottage is a free standing structure, at the rear of the property. It offers lots of privacy, which we respect.<\/p>\n\t\t
