MidCity is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in New Orleans. Great old architecture and loads of restaurants. Very friendly neighborhood. You can walk to local businesses and restaurants.

We have over twenty restaurants within a two block walk. We have two supermarkets just two blocks away, and a Whole Foods Market less than a mile away. We have a major pharmacy just one block away. Along with a new branch of the Public Library, an urgent care, several banks, even a day spa.
The Canal Street Streetcar is a block away. This will take you downtown. There is a spur that will take you to New Orleans City Park, only a mile away. This is a great place to bike, jog, picnic, etc. The park features a great art museum, sculpture garden, festival grounds, botanical garden, modern tennis center, golf courses, and driving range.
The Lafitte Greenway is only three blocks away. This is a "rails to trails" biking, walking and jogging path, that goes between our neighborhood, and all the way downtown.
